Safari Wildlife Booking Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking a safari wildlife experience. These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both the client (you) and the safari operator (us) regarding the safari booking. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment:
1. A safari booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified by the safari operator.
2. Payment can be made via accepted methods, such as credit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms.
3. The safari operator reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the specified due date.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
1. If you wish to cancel your safari booking, you must notify the safari operator in writing.
2. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount will be determined by the safari operator’s cancellation policy.
3. The safari operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or wildlife migration patterns. In such cases, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered.
3. Travel Insurance:
1. It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.
2. The safari operator shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your belongings during the safari.
4. Health and Safety:
1. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the safari.
2. It is recommended to consult your healthcare provider regarding necessary vaccinations and medications before traveling to the safari destination.
3. The safari operator reserves the right to refuse participation or exclude any individual from the safari if they are deemed to pose a risk to themselves, other participants, or the wildlife.
5. Responsibility and Liability:
1. The safari operator will make every effort to provide a safe and enjoyable safari experience.
2. The safari operator shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties, including but not limited to airlines, transportation providers, accommodations, or acts of nature.
3. The safari operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the safari.
6. Code of Conduct:
1. You are expected to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the safari operator and its staff.
2. You are responsible for respecting the wildlife, environment, and local communities during the safari.
3. Any illegal activities or behaviors that endanger the wildlife, environment, or other participants may result in immediate termination of the safari without any refund.
7. Photography and Media:
1. You consent to the safari operator using any photographs or videos taken during the safari for promotional or marketing purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
1. The safari operator reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the updated version will be applicable to all future bookings.
By booking a safari wildlife experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
